Responsible AI commitment

We hold ourselves to the same test we give clients

We hold our own use of AI to the same standard we set for clients. This responsible AI policy explains how AI shows up in our own work and the lines we don't cross.

No. 1

What we use AI for

We use AI every day for the same kinds of tasks we recommend: research summaries, first drafts, data cleanup and analysis, audit exports, keyword clustering, and building custom tools.

What always gets a person

Strategy and recommendations.
Anything that goes to a client or out under a client's name.
Every fact, stat and source before it's published.
Sensitive topics, including legal, medical and financial claims.
No. 3

How we protect your data

We use business plans that keep client conversations out of model training. Each client's work lives in its own project, so details never mix between accounts. Our never-paste list keeps passwords, logins, API keys and customer personal data out of AI tools entirely. We follow any extra rules in your contract or your own AI policy.

No. 4

What we disclose

We'll always tell you where AI was used in work we deliver to you, and we'll help you decide what to tell your own customers. Our working assumption is that AI-written text can be identified, so we plan disclosure as if anyone could find out.
