When the tool you need doesn't exist, we build it

Some business problems don't fit an off-the-shelf app. Our custom AI development takes one specific, repeated job your team does by hand and turns it into a tool that does the heavy lifting, with a person still deciding what ships.

When a custom tool beats another subscription

Most teams don't need more software. They need one problem solved properly.

The sign is usually the same: a job that eats hours every week, follows the same steps each time, and has an answer you can check. A spreadsheet nobody wants to open. A report that gets skipped the moment the calendar fills. Records scattered across three systems. A pile of reviews, transcripts or listings that someone has to read.

That is where AI earns its keep, and where a tool built around your data, your rules and your way of working will outperform a generic product you have to bend to fit. We've done this for a 900,000-record specimen database, a 20,000-page SEO audit, local market reports, review helpers, prospect lists, calculators and WordPress plugins. The pattern is the same every time.

The process

How a build works

Small scope, fast first version, people checking the output before anyone relies on it.

No. 1Name the problem

We start with the job, not the technology: what it is, who does it today, how long it takes, and what a good result looks like. If AI isn't the right answer, we say so and save you the build.

No. 2Map the data and the rules

Where the inputs live, what the tool is allowed to touch, what it must never see, and what has to be true before an output counts as correct.

No. 3Build a working first version

AI writes the first version from a plain-language brief. Our developers review every line, set the guardrails and test it on your real data before it goes near a live system.

No. 4Check it against reality

We run the tool next to the way the job is done today and compare. Where it's wrong, we fix the instructions, not the answer.

No. 5Hand it over properly

Documentation, a short training session, and a plan for who checks the output and how often. Your team owns it; we're on call.

No. 6Measure what changed

Hours saved, errors caught, reports shipped, leads worked. If the numbers don't justify the tool, we'd rather tell you than keep building.

Three rules for every build

No. 1AI drafts, a person decides

Nothing a tool produces reaches a customer, a client or a live system without someone looking at it first.

No. 2The output has to be checkable

We only automate work you can verify. If you can't tell whether the answer is right, the tool shouldn't be making it.

No. 3Your data stays yours

Business plans that keep your information out of model training, a never-paste list for anything sensitive, and nothing collected that shouldn't be.

Deliverables

What you get

No. 1

A short scoping call and a written brief that says what the tool will and won't do

No. 2

A working tool, tested on your real data, with the review step built in

No. 3

Documentation and a training session for the people who'll use it

No. 4

A measurement plan and a check-in after the first month of use

Questions

How long does a build take?

Most tools go from scoping call to a working first version in a few weeks. The scope is deliberately small so you see results before you commit to more.

Do we need developers on our side?

No. We build it and hand it over with documentation and training. If you have a technical team, we're happy to work alongside them.

What if a product already does this?

Then we'll tell you, and help you set it up instead. A custom build only makes sense when nothing off the shelf fits the job well.

Who owns the tool?

You do. The code, the instructions and the data are yours, and you're not locked into us to keep using it.

Capability is cheap now. Judgement is what you're paying for.

Tell us where AI is helping your marketing and where it's making you nervous. We'll tell you what we'd keep, what we'd change and what we'd stop.
