The problem
Local businesses know reviews matter and that replying to them matters almost as much. Most do not have the time. Replies arrive late, sound rushed, or do not arrive at all, and a one-star review can sit unanswered for weeks.
What AI did
The helper reads each new review, drafts a reply in the business's voice using a reference kit we built for them, and flags the ones that need care: a complaint, a legal issue, anything a template should not touch. It drafts; it never posts.
What people did
The owner or manager reads every draft, edits the ones that need a human touch, and sends the reply. We set up the voice, the never-say list and the escalation rules, and we tested the helper on the business's real review history before switching it on.
Reviews answered in hours instead of weeks, in a voice that sounds like the business, with a person still behind every reply. The approach has since become our standard setup for review management.
